dearemilia_denver is a love letter to Italy. 🇮🇹 Restaurant Olivia’s sister restaurant is bringing culinary traditions from Emilia Romagna to Denver! ☺️

We started with their souffle al parmigiano and wow the soufflé was fluffy and crispy! 😋 The gnocco grotto they gave us was had a light, airy texture paired with cured meats over a berry jam that could send you to heaven! 😋 For pasta we got an Anolini, the mascarpone and nutmeg was so creamy and rich, it was amazing! 🧀 The lasagna verde came rolled like a wheel so you can enjoy the crispy part with every bite! The sauce was phenomenal! 🤤 We also got their gemelli alla boscaiola, the truffle butter and tomato sauce it was love with every bite!! 🍝 It’s always the right choice to end your Italian meal with a tiramisu so go for it! We did and it was so yummy! ☕️
