We went to a strip mall today for a service call on 2ea 5 Ton units and a 10ton unit. Whoever was there before us wired the units wrong. They bypassed safety switches, put the wrong size blower motor in, fried the control boards, and damaged all the compressors. Hire professionals to repair and maintain your assets.

We will be doing this one next week that was agreed to from an insurance appraisal.

HVACi originally said this could be combed. As you can see some of the fins actually broke after some of the hits. If you look closely you can tell this unit had been combed before due to the fins being very close together. This creates a greater opportunity for fins to break. This will now be paid properly and new units (5 of them) will be replaced with this insurance claim. This looks like a no brainer. Don't ever believe something that looks like a guarantee, is a guarantee. If they don't want to pay properly, they will make every excuse in the book not to! Call or text me today if you have issues!
