Meet Carey, our brilliant Bar Manager at Sullivan Scrap Kitchen!

Originally from Baltimore, she’s been in Colorado for 13 yrs so she always has great recs for the city! She is happy to tell you all about the spent espresso coffee liqueur she makes in-house, or the restaurant’s plant wall she tends to. Mostly she can be found making faces at all the babies & kids that come in or giving the patio dogs dried trout skin treats🤪

Come say hello and grab a drink Thursday through Saturday from 9:30am to 3:30pm.

She’ll be behind the bar, serving tables, making faces at babies, and sharing smiles!

Celebrate & be inspired by the “Art of Resistance”, a political protest in the form of several powerful gallery displays at our restaurant & several of our 17th St neighbors!

✨Sunday June 22 from 1-4pm.

Each business is hosting a gallery exhibit featuring art and photogrpahy celebrating the protest movement against the Trump Administration, with displays on LGBTQ+ rights, immigration justice, and more.
