They are related to extremely cheap, unbranded balloons often sold online or through unregulated vendors, some of which have been found to contain unsafe chemical residues due to poor manufacturing processes—especially when they are:
• Extremely low cost
• Unbranded or unlabeled
• Sold without safety or compliance standards

These warnings are meant to protect consumers from unknown or counterfeit products, not the balloons used by professional decorators.
