Wow have I been feeling heavy as of late… anybody else?

The energy within my field has just been .. strange.
I’ve been so irritable - like an anger/sorrow tornado claiming anything in my path 🌪️ and the low energy … woof
So I took a moment of peace for myself today and went back home to the mountain and the forest to reset and to have a conversation of energy with Mother 🏔️🌲
She was kind. She was Love. She is always what I need. And she reminds me that making time for inner peace is essential.
