Day 4: Restore
Remember recovery needs to be a part of your routine. So Today take the time to rest and recover your body. So here’s your challenge:
Drink water: atleast half your body weight in ounces.
Set a timer for 20 minutes and stretch
- Try to hold each stretch for a minimum of 20 seconds
- Foam Roll
-use a wall
-use a strap, belt or towel

Day 3: The Mile Challenge
12 Step Ups total - curb, chair, or textbooks
12 Upright Rows - staggered stance if needed
12 V -Ups - Option to do alt. V-Ups
12 Goblet Squats- Option for body weight squats
12 Thrusters- Option for Loaded squats
1 minute rest
Repeat 4x🤪
Then....
Run or Power Walk 1 mile
*Try to take minimal rest between exercises
