Assistant needed for Office and Labor duties.
25-50 hours per week (salary)
Potential for commissions after 90 days.

Motivated flexible individuals who are passionate about quality, integrity and customer satisfaction needed!
This is a position that will evolve over time. Daily/Hourly rates are negotiable depending on your experience/motivation.

You will be working with Bear Shellenbarger; a highly ambitious and passionate business owner who believes the ONLY way to do business is in doing right by his clients and his employees!
Labor, administrative and customer service skills are ideal.
You will be riding along and/or driving a full-size pickup truck to assist with and execute roofing inspections. You will also be helping in the office, as well as with errands and to-do list's.

Position Requirements:
- Self motivated
- Desire to learn
- Good Hygiene (presentable to customers/ business casual)
- No trade experience required
- Trustworthiness
- Reliability
- Vehicle and Valid Drivers License
- 1 professional, 2 personal references

Labor to include:
- Ladder setup/takedown and Roof inspections.
- Regular vehicle and garage organization.
- Some material handling
- Must be able to lift up to 75lbs and handle a ladder mostly by yourself!

Admin duties to include:
- Office assistant.
- Dictation (50-100wpm preferred but not required)
*Office organization skills required*
**Computer skills such as Xcel, Word, and general technological knowledge are required**
***Social media experience preferred but not required***
