Your main responsibilities will include:
• Preparing commercial and residential sites for solar system installation.
• Ensuring a safe work environment by adhering to any and all safety rules and regulations.
• Assembling and installing solar systems, including roof and/or ground mounts.
• Testing installed systems to ensure optimum performance.
• Confirming that proper inventory has been pulled for each job.
• Completing additional safety and installation training as needed.
• Performing additional carpentry tasks as needed, including framing and concrete pouring.
PLEASE KINDLY TAKE NOTE: Around 90% of the work is on roofs (We are a solar company and we install solar panels)
**Covid Vaccine IS REQUIRED**
Salary starts at $19/hr
