Project Superintendent:
Qualified field supervisor with structural concrete experience. MCC takes pride in providing turnkey project ability. The scope for our work may include demolition, excavation, soil prep, and concrete placement. We form, tie rebar, and place all our concrete. We do flatwork as needed on any project. Our management and field crews are adept at problem solving and getting the job done. We typically find ourselves working in tough niche environments doing work for DIA, CDOT, local municipalities, and high end commercial outlets. Our performance has put us on on a preferred list with many of our clients. We’d like for that level of pride and ability to be reflected in our field management.

We’re seeking the a superintendent of this caliber: a team player, a good communicator, a problem solver, resourceful and honest. Working at some locations such as DIA requires a background check and specific projects require drug testing. We’re looking for someone who’s interested in making a difference within a small company with plenty of opportunity for growth and career enhancement.

Seeking qualified concrete foreman:
MCC is seeking an experienced structural concrete foreman. Our typical scope of work extends from demolition and excavation to cast in place concrete. We’re looking for someone comfortable with reading plans, understanding reinforcing shop drawings, communicating work plans to crews and performing quality control during installation.
