Every one of us came from our first home in a mother’s womb. Recently, Andres and Levin were talking about me giving birth to him. Levin asked “Did it hurt Mama when I came out?” Thoughtful, concerned boy. 🥹 Yes, of course, it did, but I’d do it all over again to have him and Joseph. All of us mothers would for our babies. Happy Mother’s Day to the sleep-deprived moms, the moms learning who they are after their babies have grown, and to all the moms in between. 🌷

Here I am again, slacking on posting! We’ve been through ANOTHER round of colds and ear infections around here and I am READY for some sick-free months. In other news, despite the sicknesses, I’ve been enjoying a little time off from shooting and just spending time with my family. I’m getting back to it this weekend and have a whole line-up of newborns and families to photograph for the rest of the spring! I have a few openings at the end of May but that’s about it (because y’all are the BEST!). 🎉

The Stauffer Family pictured here is one that keeps coming back and I love it every. Single. Time. 🥹 They’re truly the sweetest. I actually just did baby Autumn’s cake smash photos and I think they’re my favorite cake smash photos ever, so stay tuned!!! 🎂
