Funky Eggroll

The idea of Funky Eggroll started as I watched the "Thai Mothership' dish out eggrolls for parties and gatherings. Over years the result is a group of people gathering around the stash of goods or making multiple trips as they are going fast. The vision of Funky Eggroll is to provide a space where the community can gather and try Funky Eggrolls. The menu will pay homage to traditional eggrolls, spring rolls, and lumpia but will have "Funky" twists to every day classics.
