ttee for four years. Ben is a recent graduate of the prestigious Texas Realtor Leadership Program, an intense nine month program of personal and professional growth. Ben is now serving as President of the Greater Texoma Association of Realtors. Ben was recognized as Tom Bean’s citizen of the year in 1998. He served four terms as City Councilman for Tom Bean. He is currently on the Board of Directors with the Greater Texoma Association of Realtors, and is Education Committee chairman. He is an active volunteer with the Sherman Community Players, and acted as Musical Director for their Fall 2011 production of “Ring of Fire, the Music of Johnny Cash”. In his spare time, Ben enjoys time with his wife of 23 years, Nancy, and daughters Kalli, and Sara, and his grandsons, Ryan, Jacob, Cruz and Hunter. Ben is also active in music, serving as guitarist for the First United Methodist Church of Howe, and from time to time touring with such great artists as the Rankin Brothers from Branson, MO, and Allen Hurt and the Mountain Showmen, from Sherman, TX. Nancy Vincent specializes in the sale of homes and land in the Grayson County, Texas and Southeastern Oklahoma areas. She is a Broker Associate with Vincent Realty Group in Texas and is also a Broker in Oklahoma. Before she was a Realtor, she managed a successful interior decor and furnishings store. She believes in providing the highest level of service to her clients. As a Realtor, Nancy offers outstanding client service. Honesty, integrity and market knowledge are the resources she offers to both Buyers and Sellers. Ben, and Nancy established Vincent Realty Group in 2012.
