Calling all front row divas. I teach an 8am class this Saturday and I plan to stay after to practice some of the old routines. So if you’re interested in helping clean the cobwebs out of my mind come join me at 9. It’ll be totally free of course. Guess who's officially out of retirement? Just coached my first classes at Resolute Fitness today and feeling pretty dadgum good about it! No classes this week either guys. I damaged my knee on vacation. Going to see the ortho Wednesday hopefully nothing major.
