Delta Family Center

Delta Family Center is comprised of: The Backpack Program, The Backpack Early Learning Academy(BELA Preschool), and The Family Resource Center. The BELA Preschool has locations in Delta, Hotchkiss, and Paonia. With partner preschools in Cedaredge and Crawford.
