📢 Sign Up for Ohio’s Keith’s Law Registry
Keith’s Law (House Bill 144) allows Ohioans with diagnosed disabilities to voluntarily register information that can be shared with participating countywide 9-1-1 systems, helping law enforcement, firefighters, and EMS personnel better understand an individual's needs during emergency responses. Participation is completely voluntary.
How to Register
✅ Download and complete the Disability Verification Form:https://dam.assets.ohio.gov/image/upload/ood.ohio.gov/Policies/HB_144_Accessible_Fillable_PDF-OOD-FINAL.pdf
✅ Have the form verified by a physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, clinical nurse specialist, or certified nurse practitioner.
