8/18-Update-We have tagged all of the clothes and started sending them for cleaning. We are calling customers as the orders are ready. If you had clothes that were upstairs, at this time the insurance company is not taking claims yet. They are waiting for my ex landlord to remove the equipment off the roof to do an investigation. Attorneys had to get involved to help move this process along. I will give an update as soon as I have one. Thank you again to everyone for your support. It was so nice to see customers this past week. We are hoping to sign a new lease next week and open back up in mid October.

7/16 Update-We have finally been approved to enter the 1st floor of the building. The clothes will all be re cleaned since they have been hanging there for 6 weeks. Unfortunately, we don’t have electricity so this is going to take some time. We have another dry cleaner who is going to re clean everything for us. Then we will have a temporary location where you can pick up your clothes. Because we don’t have electricity, we will be starting with the clothes that are easiest to access then work our way around the conveyor. I will call you and let you know when you stuff is ready for pick up. Thank you to everyone for your understanding and support. We appreciate it so much!
