We were invited to Aioli in West Palm Beach, and I honestly can’t stop thinking about it.

Yes, there was a line out the door—but it moves fast, the energy is happy, and everyone knows the wait is worth it. Melanie and her entire team were phenomenal: warm, welcoming, and somehow calm even when the place was booming.

And the food… pure magic. Everything Michael Hackman makes feels thoughtful, fresh, and so well done. The croissant stuffed with carrot cake is now permanently living in my brain, the candied bacon was out of this world, and every bite felt intentional.

My husband loved the turkey avocado club (a classic done perfectly), and my artichoke arugula salad with chicken tasted like it came straight from the garden—fresh, vibrant, and satisfying without being heavy.

It’s such an easy drive from Delray Beach, and the perfect excuse to make a morning of it—brunch, a walk around the neighborhood, and supporting other amazing local businesses nearby.

We’re already planning our next visit.
