This week, it’s my honor to attend the Veterans Therapy Program at the Upledger Institute (November 18–22) as a support therapist. 🇺🇸💙

I’ve had the privilege of attending this program for multiple years now, and it has truly become one of my favorite weeks of the year — and one of my favorite ways to give back to our service members. Every time I’m part of this work, I’m reminded how powerful compassion, skilled hands-on care, and a supportive environment can be.

This five-day multidisciplinary intensive takes place at the Upledger Institute in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Over the week, participating veterans receive 20 hours of hands-on therapy — four hours a day with multiple therapists — along with daily supportive group sessions designed to help facilitate deep healing.

The Dr. John E. Upledger Foundation continues its mission to support veterans through its Integrative Therapy Program, offering CranioSacral Therapy (CST) to help ease symptoms of PTSD, including anxiety, depression, pain, and sleep challenges.

It is always a privilege to show up for the men and women who have served — and I’m grateful to be part of a team helping support their journey toward relief, resilience, and renewed hope. 🇺🇸🙏💙
