I take your history and present habits and current measurements and help you transform them, inturn transforming yourself in a healthy way. Everyone will be a case by case situation. Some may need 2 personal training sessions a week, an
d a new nutrition plan. Others may need 4 sessions a week as well as workouts to complete on thier own, a new diet, weight loss counseling, meal delivery and suplements. It just depends on your goals and what it will realistically take to get there, all the while starting some new habits and a routine that will keep you there. The most important thing to remember is that you just need to show up. I will put the whole plan together from A to Z. You can chose to do as much or as little of the program as you want. If you listen to suggestions and give your all to make these new habits a permanent change, YOU WILL NOT FAIL. Most fad diets can help you lose weight quickly, but this is usually temporary because we go back to old habits and the loss can not be maintained. Thats why lifestyle changes have longterm effects.
