We are seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to add to our organization's success. The ideal candidate must be able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. We are looking for someone long-term and who is willing to grow with us.

Responsibilities

Greet customers at our Front Desk
Assist customers with package/mail drop off and pick-up request
Answer inbound calls
Schedule appointments
Sort and distribute mail
Resolve and respond to requests or issues from customers and staff
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Perform receptionist duties when needed
Skills

Proven experience as a office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
Proficiency in MS Office (Proficiency test will be administered).
Working knowledge of office equipment
Thorough understanding of office management procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Types: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule (2 shifts are available):

8:30 am - 1:30 pm or 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Monday to Friday and Alternating Saturdays.
Experience:

Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
English/Spanish preferred
