This practice has been designed to help individuals start new beginnings by breaking the cycles of their past.
Time to get back to what I know.
You never know what someone is going through so just be nice. Today my employee came to me and said that you for the real talk in our meeting, it gave me a new outlook on my role! Confirmation that mentoring someone is so important. Just because I maybe in charge doesn’t mean i need to use my power for evil, but to help someone recognize their own calling and how much better they can do it!
