Hi everyone! I wanted to share that starting December 2, 2025, my therapy practice hours will be shifting slightly to better support balance and consistency in my schedule — and ultimately, to show up more fully for my clients.

🕒 New Hours (Mon–Fri): 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

🚗 Daily Break: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
