Eric Sutliff started Delaware Fit Factory more than 13 years ago. His love for fitness and community have helped shaped the walls of our gym and what our community is today. And now we are asking you to help him in the best way we know...

Jess, Eric & Liv have recently been confronted with the devastating news of Eric’s Stage 4 melanoma diagnosis. As they navigate this difficult journey, they are facing countless medical appointments, treatments, decisions and an overwhelming amount of uncertainty about what lies ahead. Their family has set up a GoFundMe fundraiser to help them during this difficult time.

The last workout Eric programmed before retiring from DFF was the Hero workout “Guido.”

We want to show our gratitude, love, and appreciation for Eric and his family. On July 18 we will be doing the workout Guido in classes. For each person who checks into class, the gym will donate $10 to Eric’s GoFundMe page. We will also encourage everyone to stay for a post-WOD cardio session to make an additional donation and sweat through 1 calorie for every dollar you contribute.

All are welcome. Current members, former members, those who have never worked out before, those who know Eric, those who don’t... All are welcome.
