Today we thank God for the freedoms we enjoy as a nation and remember that those freedoms have come at a great cost.

To the brave men and women who have served or are currently serving in our military—thank you. Your courage, sacrifice, and commitment have helped preserve the freedoms we often take for granted. We are deeply grateful for you and your families.

As we celebrate with friends, family, food, and fireworks, may we also pause to thank God for the greatest freedom of all—the freedom we have through Jesus Christ.
