Deltona commissioner says fellow official threatened, touched her Deltona Commissioner Emma Santiago filed the report against Deltona Commissioner Dori Howington the same week as a tense commission meeting.

The DeLand DMV will close for renovations soon.

Daytona Beach, Deltona, South Daytona and other locations will be open through the renovation.
