In this hands-on class, teens will explore essential BBQ techniques, including grill safety, temperature control, seasoning, marinades, and proper cooking methods for a variety of foods. Participants will learn how to prepare and grill meats and other barbecue favorites while gaining confidence in outdoor cooking.
