Unfortunately our refrigerator bandit didn't make thing right, so we are turning it over to Law Enforcement. We appreciate everyone sharing this post and the concerns we share county wide with illegal dumping.

To the person who dumped this refrigerator on J*p Lowe Dr. Unfortunately for you there are numerous cameras in the area and we have your license plate number and a great image of you. We give you 24 hours to pick up your abandoned property and if fail to do so, the images will be turned over to Law Enforcement for illegal dumping and criminal trespassing. Happy Holidays!

Petition to Disannex from the City of Del Rio

City of Del Rio Mayor and Councilpersons:
The undersigned Landowners of Lowe Estates (also known as Braddie Lowe Estates) hereby petition the Mayor and City
Council of the City of Del Rio, Texas, a home rule municipality (the “City”), to remove and disannex from the corporate
limits of the boundaries of the City, the following tracts of land owned by the undersigned (the “Proposed Disannexation
Tracts”): Lowe Estates Lands.
The requested disannexation is authorized pursuant to Section 9(c) of the City’s Charter and Section 43.141 of the Texas
Local Government Code. In support of this petition for consensual disannexation of the Proposed Disannexation Tracts,
the undersigned states as follows: ALL NON-COMMERCIAL TRACTS OF LAND KNOWN AS THE BRADDIE LOWE ESTATES,
ALSO KNOWN AS LOWE ESTATES LANDS.

Looks like someone had fun last night knocking down private property. Due to the disregard of private property, the Lowe Estates will no longer tolerate Tresspassing and video evidence will be shared with local authorities to prosecute violators. Barriers will be placed to block through traffic. LELA
