Chef Reyes will be introducing a new meal for the week that is a popular dish in Bologna, Italy. Derived from where it originated, Penne Bolognese, is a classic Italian meat sauce, paired with penne rigate. The ridged, tube-shaped pasta is perfect for holding onto the beef and aromatic soffritto—onion, carrot, and celery. Garnished with pleasantly salty parmesan cheese, this dish is a warming, comforting way to welcome fall.
