We were so excited to move into our new apartment--only to find out that for the convenience of having a key fob to gain access to our building, the management wanted $80 apiece. It would cost us $80 to have an extra keycard for the guests we have visit. This seemed like an exorbitant fee for the "amenity" of having...a spare key?! We have a technology background and purchased the proper equipment
