Dear friends,
I have not been active on this page for quite a while. At the beginning of the year, I got a part time job sewing, in addition to teaching yoga. This shift took me down a long road of reflection. I've always wanted to leave space for evolving and any changes that come along with that. So, I'm in the middle of rebranding!
I want to have a space for all that I do - yoga, sewing, photography. And whatever else might come up! I'm tired of feeling like I have to separate everything to appease the internet and their love of a niche, and instead want to focus on expressing myself and my offerings as a whole.
As my renewals came up, I decided to let go of The Awakened Moon. As I did not renew my domain, my website is currently down. However, I will be coming back to you as Sincerely, Best!
I also must be honest that I am much more involved on Instagram than Facebook. I am still deciding if I want to start a new page, rework this one, or completely shut it down. While I continue to ponder that, the best way to stay involved is friend me on here, follow on instagram at , or email me at [email protected]
I appreciate you all for joining me on this ride through my 20's and allowing me the space to explore new things in my 30's. Please keep in touch! You can still find me at FORM yoga on Tuesdays and Sundays!
Stay tuned for SincerelyBest.com!

I always enjoy introduction posts, even from dear friends, so here we go! I’m Madison, a yoga teacher, a new coach for awakening the truest YOU, Manifesting Generator, Gemini, introvert, and cat mom to sweet Sylvia. My friends joke that she matches my color palette, which is wholeheartedly true. 🖤
I’m single but dating to manifest my partner. And boy have I learned a lot about myself along the way! Now that I’m working from home, I have plenty of free time that I use to continue working on myself, uncovering my worth, and building the life I want (I’ve started posting weekly updates of my process in my stories if you’re curious 😉). I’ve also been reading, cooking, journaling, puzzling, and recently painting. 🖌
I have a plethora of emotions, but I’m good at feeling them and understanding them. I’m also a bit of an empath and getting better at knowing what is mine, and what is NOT. And not to toot my own horn, but I’m pretty great at giving advice. ✨
What else do you want to know? I’m here for you, for support, for guidance, and anything else you might need. But I know that works best when you know who you’re with. So let’s chat and get to know each other better 😊

*HEALING* June virtual class dates - this Friday, 6/12, and Friday 6/26 at 5:30pm EST. While listening and learning, I’ve also thought about how my work contributes, or doesn’t, to the change I wish for the world. While action is needed right now, I think yoga can also be valuable because it builds self awareness, which can lead to seeing our own shortcomings. Then we can address them and start the change on a cellular level. And it sounds selfish (it probably is a bit), but we need to take care of our energy too so we can keep fighting the good fight for the long haul. ✊🏼✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿

I am spending the last day of my 20s in deep thought. I’m proud of all my growth in the last 10 years. I am simultaneously the same me and a whole new me. And as I embark on my next chapter, I not only see the potential for more growth, but I also hope for the same in our society. More action. More change. More progress.
First of all, I would like to apologize for my silence on this page.
Second of all, BLACK LIVES MATTER.
This week I’ve been learning, listening, and sharing. I am far more active on Instagram, where I have been consuming information all day, and sharing it to my stories. Black owned restaurants in Atlanta. Amazing books by Black authors. Organizations that can use your donations - Color of Change, Campaign Zero, The Loveland Foundation, Atlanta Solidarity Fund, and so many more.
It is a privilege to pick and choose what social media platforms I use, so I will do better and share more here too.
As a white person, I need to spend more time examining my behaviors, thoughts, and actions. I’m working on it, and I really hope you are too.
