Start: deposit received
End: client signs off on final design scope (including any engineering constraints)

~Stage 3: Fabrication / prep (Armature plan + molds/castings readiness)

Start: design approved
End: all critical materials + any prefabs are ready on-site or staged

~Stage 4: Build (On-site construction / sculpting / install)

Start: crew mobilizes on-site
End: structure complete and ready for finish/color

~Stage 5: Finish (Coloring, detailing, punch list)
