WOW!!! What a day!!!

Making this post a little earlier than I had hoped, but today was absolutely unbelievable!!!

We have never experienced a rush like we had today at NTS!!! We cooked a TON of food and honestly it looks like we should have cooked 2 tons!!!

I also want to apologize to everyone who made the trip out and ended up leaving empty handed because we sold out. Y’all were incredibly gracious and understanding, and that means more than you know. Thank you for making the drive and giving us a shot. We hope you’ll come see us again soon!!!

As we continue to grow, we’re working hard to improve our pars, increase production, and get better across the board so we can keep up with the incredible support y’all continue to show us!!!

From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!!! This has been one of the most amazing weeks we’ve ever had, and none of it would be possible without this community. We are beyond grateful for every single one of you!!!

Mark, from day one I’ve always had so much respect for you and what you’re capable of!!! I always hoped I’d get the opportunity to give back to you even a fraction of what you gave to me. Having you here opening our new spot and having you beside me has been incredible!!! Getting to share our passion for cooking, barbecue, and life together has meant more to me than you probably realize!!!

I’m proud of the man you are, and I’m genuinely excited for you to get to go back home where your heart is and be the dad Harper needs over these next few years. That’s bigger than anything else!!!

This was a blast!!! I absolutely love this community and getting to spend time with the next generation of young entrepreneurs!!! Seeing the drive, creativity, and passion from these young men and women is something special, and it gives me a lot of hope for the future.
