incoln Lounge. Jim and George were partners for more than 35 years, and in the early 1980s, they expanded the Lounge into a full service restaurant. The two partners worked together to continue the Lincoln’s inviting atmosphere while introducing authentic Greek cuisine to Decatur, including their now famous gyro sandwiches. George Chiligiris’s two sons Christopher and Kostaki then operated the establishment for the following 10 years. Today, Angelo’s grandson Andrew and the staff welcome you to the newly remodeled Lincoln Lounge. As the third generation of the Chiligiris family to operate this establishment, we strive to uphold the honored traditions of our fathers and forefathers.
