The exhibit “Spotlight on James ‘Red’ Moore” will run June 7 -18th at Sycamore Place Gallery. Mr. Moore, an Atlanta native, was a talented first baseman in the Negro League who played for the Atlanta Black Crackers and other teams. His story is more than baseball, it is a reminder of talent that thrives despite limited opportunities; a legacy that inspires future generations.

The exhibit will include pictures, artwork, articles, collectibles and a Negro League Baseball mini library.

On Sunday June 7th 3-5pm guests will enjoy a special talk with Greg White, friend, historian and publicist for “Red” Moore .
