Thoughts are just thoughts. Yes, some of them try to stick around when we don’t want them to, but that doesn’t make them any more true.

Try noticing thoughts without judging them or criticizing yourself for having them. Then, invite them to pass on by like a cloud or a bird that’s flying by your window, or imagine letting them go like a hot potato! Thoughts are just thoughts and you CAN let them go.
