I have been in my healing era for a while now but *fully* invested in 2025. Learning, growing, pruning, changing, opening, trusting and becoming. It's been beautiful, hard, exhausting and filled with joy. I have gone inward more than I have shared or consumed outward. So much so that it may feel like I was hiding. For me this process hasn't been secret, it's been sacred. Still trying to allow for grace and space but wanted to encourage you today if you were in a similar place. I am celebrating you and all of your teeny tiny wins! Ps. I don't take enough photos of myself. This was the last one I could find from my trip to Miami in April. So a reminder to myself to get in the photos 🫶🏻

Reflecting on 2023 feels a little like a roller coaster ride but I am incredibly grateful for so many lessons this year. The reasons to CELEBRATE feel limitless despite a few difficult trials.
