Gables Riverwalk is a 44-story luxury apartment tower in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. KAST Construction hired us for the sixteenth-floor amenities level tree sculpture. It consists of composite “branches” finished to resemble crape myrtle supported on a fabricated aluminum frame.

Angeline is a 6,200-acre planned community by Metro Development Group springing up north of Tampa. More than half of that acreage is planned green space, including a 130-acre regional park, a community farm, nearly 100 miles of trails, and a swimming lagoon with beaches. The development plan includes 7,500 homes, schools, and a clubhouse with a restaurant, pool, gym, and various other amenities.

Metro Development hired us to build and install two entry monuments flanking North Sunlake Boulevard. Our work will consist of stone bases, lighted sign cabinets, and channel logos, as well as towering iconic sculptures in fabricated aluminum. We have begun fabrication on that scope.

Palmer Lakes Logistics Center, just east of Miami International Airport, is South Florida's first multi-story warehouse, a three-story last-mile hub for Amazon. RLC Architects and Jackson Liles Architecture were not content with designing a large concrete box with doors, so they wrapped it in PAC-CLAD corrugated panels and added Kynar-finished vertical rectangular fins. Americaribe hired us for these decorative features.

Our crews are currently working on interior renovations at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Scattered through the over two miles of corridors we are installing MetalTech zinc cladding, 3Form lighted and unlighted accents at the escalators, and Arktura’s lighted V***r Graphic Perf panels. We were selected by the AECOM Hunt/Broadmoor joint venture to implement Nano, LLC’s brilliant interior design for these elements.
