🪶 Birds of a feather flock together 🪶Boy could that not be more true when it comes to your professional development. Let me explain 👇➡️ In the last 5 years I really noticed how my mindset was affected by the people I surrounded myself with. If there was one or two negative people in a group… the negativity would spread faster than wild fires. ➡️ When I wanted to change - I couldn’t be around people who made me comfortable or possessed the same bad habits I wanted to outgrow. I needed to be intentional to spend more time with people I wanted to be more like. ➡️ You want to grow? You want to scale up? Be around growth mindset people. Push to be the “dumbest” person in the room. Naturally you will see yourself pushing to learn more! 👏 This is why I love having a team 👏 We have the ability to grow and surround ourselves with people who make us want to level up. In our professional life but also our personal lives. If this isn’t with just recruiting talent to our team but with the coaching groups we’re apart of.
