We explored what it looks like to pause, reflect, and realign with purpose, values, and inner peace. Spiritual rest isn’t about religion it’s about connection, clarity, and feeling grounded in your life.
During our session, we took time to slow down through reflection and a guided moment of stillness to help reset mentally and emotionally.
This week was a reminder that sometimes the rest we need most is the kind that reconnects us to ourselves.

Week 4 of the AW Elevate Your Mindset Book Club was all about sensory and creative rest.
We explored how overstimulation impacts our mental wellness and the importance of creating intentional moments of calm. We also tapped into creative rest, finding inspiration and allowing ourselves to simply be, not always do.
We practiced a self-soothing exercise to help regulate the nervous system and bring us back to center.
Rest is more than sleep it’s restoration in every area of your life.
