*The General Liability Policy is broad and premium credits of up to 25 percent can be earned for loss experience, risk management, years in business and membership in professional organizations and certifications (such as Association of Water Technologies). A Professional Liability Endorsement is automatically included. Defense costs outside of aggregate are unlimited. Medical Payments and Hired & Non-Owned Auto coverage is available upon request. WaterColor Management (WCM) has been underwriting insurances for Water Treatment and Water Handling Businesses for 28 years, starting in the 1980’s. In the mid-1980s the insurance markets “hardened” severely. Many classes of insureds either could not find coverage or could do so only at drastically-increased premium costs. These conditions hit the Water Treatment and Water Handling Industry especially hard. WaterColor Management founded a long-term program to provide adequate coverage to help control insurance premiums and together with a number of its clients, WCM founded the Association of Water Technologies (AWT). WaterColor’s principals are John Walsh and Don Cleveland. LICENSING and LOCATIONS
WaterColor Management is licensed on a nationwide basis and our specific primary coverage is provided by Tokio Marine Specialty Company (TMSIC), a member of the Philadelphia Insurance Companies. WaterColor Management has offices located in Alabama, Florida and Bermuda with the capacity to place coverages for local and international risks. The range of insureds within our group of companies varies from one-person water businesses to worldwide organizations with thousands of employees.
