Heartland CASA advocates for the best interest of abused and neglected children who are in the custody of the state of Illinois and under the protection of the Macon, DeWitt, Christian, and Moultrie County courts. Macon County CASA recruits, trains, and supports volunteers from the community who, as sworn officers of the court, advocate for abused and neglected children in the Macon & DeWitt County juvenile court systems.
Holiday Office Closure
In observance of Independence Day, the Heartland CASA office will be closed on Friday, July 3rd.
As we celebrate the freedoms we enjoy, we're also reminded of the importance of standing up for the children who need a voice the most. Thank you to our volunteers, supporters, and community for helping us advocate for children in care throughout Macon, DeWitt, Christian, and Moultrie counties.

We’re excited to share Heartland CASA’s new television commercial! This one is especially meaningful because it features one of our incredible CASA Volunteer Advocates, Mark Avery, reminding us that every child deserves someone who will show up, speak up, and stand beside them.
