With our beloved Wednesday night teacher Kat moving to the sublist, we are wishing her amazing, new adventures while welcoming Taliesin to our weekly teaching schedule!
Beginning Wednesday, October 7 Tally will be guiding you for our 7:30 PM Stretch & Restore class each Wednesday at 7:30pm. Tally brings a grounded and meditative energy to his teaching which allows the students to feel cared for and safe under his guidance. We know you’ll feel his care and warmth throughout the class.
