Automotive Shop Office Assistant / Manager

Essential Job Duties
• Greeting customers, answering phones, scheduling, typing correspondence, preparing various reports, filing, and general human resources administration
• Maintain Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts, and Cash Handling procedures to auto-shop standards
• Assist with developing and promoting internal programs
• Assist with payroll procedures as necessary
• Assists and support shop owner with various administrative tasks as needed
• Reviews documents for accuracy
• Be able to work or learn to work with following software: QuickBooks, eBay, Excel, Word, Outlook, and various automotive software for ordering parts.
• Other general day to day functions such as: maintenance of office, break and waiting room supply stock; maintaining office, waiting room, kitchen, and breakroom with light cleaning.

Pay
• Hourly: $18 - $20
• Hours: 45hrs/week
• 8am - 6pm (with 1 hr lunch)
