Furnish with Love

This mom held her family together when she suddenly became a single parent. The family faced housing instability with an eviction, time in a hotel, and months in a transitional housing program. She is finally back on her feet, stronger than ever with her own apartment, a steady job with a salary and benefits, and an emergency fund in place.

Mom’s upbeat attitude is remarkable considering the string of events she and her family have faced. Her drive to make a home for her boys and daughter in college was contagious! 

Creative planning by Furnish with Love gave the family a living area and kitchen that are both functional and warm, a superhero bedroom for the boys, and a black and gold sanctuary for Mom. With tremendous support from the team at Odyssey Villas who nominated the family, Mom and kids will keep moving forward and overcome any challenges in their future.
