We learned of the passing of our close friend and early client, Jeremy Rhett this past weekend. Jeremy's son and my older son were friends from a very early age, and thru the kids we got to know one of the most interesting and dynamic families I can think of now.

We often attended his concerts and parties.

I remember one Christmas party at our house where Chris Neff came and started playing Christmas songs on the piano. Jeremy asked to borrow my old acoustic guitar and joined in.

The 2 didn't know each other from Adam, and yet, both guys were total musical savants. They both recognized each others genius quickly and ...well... it was like a musical explosion that night...they played all sorts of Christmas songs for everyone till late in the evening. What a fun night! A cherished memory indeed.

We will miss Jeremy and his giving spirit, and I hope the Rhett family finds some peace and clarity in these days.
