Building Maintenance Technician ($25/hr.) Must be HVAC certified.

We are currently staffing Building Maintenance Technicians for the Atlanta area.

Summary of duties to be performed and/or special requirements.

Prioritizes and completes incoming work orders and addresses each in a timely manner.
Makes decisions on whether to repair or replace damaged property. Estimates completion time and materials needed for repairs.
Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests assigned on a daily basis.
Works closely with the property management team to ensure that inventory includes the required equipment, materials, supplies, and services to meet needs.
Completes in its’ entirety, the make-ready process, for vacant apartments (or homes) as outlined in the Make-Ready Checklist and per the instruction of their supervisor(s).

Specific skills required:

· Must have working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service including the ability to troubleshoot problems and provide superior customer service.

Skills required for the assignment include the following:

HVAC Certification
Plumbing
Electrical Repairs
Carpentry
Building Maintenance

Work Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Employees may be assigned weekends and evenings.

Duration: 30 - 45 days

-Develop and qualify leads within respective territory to drive additional sales
opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns
-Gather and utilize business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations, and driving new business

Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience or successful completion of a Cintas sales training program
Valid driver's license
