REMINDER FOR SATURDAY FUNDRAISER WORKOUT

Reminder: we will close today at 1 PM. Thanksgiving day we have a 9am class only. Friday we will have all normal classes.

Saturdays FUNDRAISER workout!
This will be fun and a little different but a lot like Brian’s Sunday workouts. If you want to do it individually or partner up with another member ML will be there to help you set up and teach you the movements of the workout. Sign up as a normal class except it will not let you sign up obviously for the 9 AM/just show up if 9am works best for you. Donations in cash please!

Thanksgiving holiday hours: Wednesday last class is 12 noon. Thursday 5am & 9am class only. Friday as normal. Saturday fundraiser.
