Downtown Decatur Music Festival

It wasn't perfect, but we made lemonade with the HUGE bag of lemons that was dropped upon us. Thanks, SO MUCH for showing up, Decatur. For the amount of things I hear about our hometown, you absolutely proved the haters wrong. Thank you. I love my community.
I'll apologize about the Porta Potties right now. We made an effort early Saturday to reach out to the business taking care of them, but let's be honest, it's a holiday weekend. I hold no ill will against them, as they finally returned my call, but it was already to late in the evening to worry about it. We will have this fixed before next year. Because yes, we will be doing this again next year!!!
We've already started taking notes.

He is also a regular collaborator at The Chicago Children’s Theatre, where he writes and performs as a teaching artist for their Red Kite Project, which engages audiences on the autism spectrum through sensory friendly programming. Nick is also a former staff member at the Old Town School of Folk Music and was an ambassador of their award winning Wiggleworms program for 10 years.

Nick is a 2003 graduate of Millikin University and holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance.

His music often incorporates elements of folk, rock and educational themes, engaging audiences of all ages through interactive performances and songs. Davio's contributions to the music community also include writing and producing original songs that aim to be both entertaining and educational for children (and adults), many focusing on social and emotional themes. His work is characterized by a lively and engaging style, making him a well regarded figure in the realm of music for children and their families.
