Choice Rentals is seeking a motivated Delivery Specialist to join our team in Decatur. This position is much more than simply driving a truck. Delivery Specialists are the face of our company, interacting directly with customers in their homes while helping deliver exceptional service and identifying opportunities to grow the business.

What You’ll Do

* Deliver, set up, and demonstrate furniture, appliances, electronics, and other rental merchandise.
* Perform service calls, customer pickups, and merchandise exchanges.
* Inspect merchandise before delivery and upon pickup.
* Maintain company vehicles and equipment.
* Follow all company safety procedures and delivery standards.
* Communicate with store management after deliveries, pickups, and service calls.
* Assist with showroom setup, warehouse organization, inventory management, and store appearance.
* Distribute marketing materials and assist with community outreach efforts.
* Identify customer needs and recommend additional products when appropriate.

* Ability to lift and move furniture, appliances, mattresses, and electronics safely.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
* Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements.

Compensation & Bonus Opportunities

In addition to hourly pay, Delivery Specialists have multiple opportunities to earn bonuses:

Weekly Bonuses

* $25 for each new customer generated through your efforts.
* $15 for each piece rented or upsold to an existing customer through your efforts.
* $5 for every positive Google review that specifically mentions you by name.

Monthly Bonuses

* Monthly performance bonus based on company standards and procedures.
* Additional store performance bonuses available when store goals are achieved.
