Your body was created with purpose — and it was meant to move.
When we stop using our muscles and joints, they weaken and stiffen. When we move, strength returns, pain decreases, and life feels better. Muscle is medicine, and movement is one of the ways we honor the body God entrusted to us.

• Set the bar across your upper traps, not your neck
• Feet about shoulder-width apart, toes slightly turned out
• Brace your core like someone’s about to punch you
• Sit your hips back and down — keep your chest tall
• Knees track out, not caving in
• Hit parallel (or just below) with control
• Drive through your heels and stand tall
